John Montenegro Bio
John Montenegro is a Deputy for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department and was assigned to the Special Enforcement Bureau in 2010. He has worked every assignement on the full-time SWAT team including the Scout of Blue Team. His collateral responsibilites include lead firearms instructor for all of SEB's shooting schools and currently is the lead armorer for all five details. He has written multiple POST certified firearms course for SEB and developed CATO's POST Certified Tactical Firearms Instructor School.
